About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Franchise Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our home-building franchise model. You will play a key role in designing franchise systems, recruiting qualified investors, and supporting franchise branches across Thailand. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of transforming how residential construction businesses grow through partnership and franchise models.
Key Responsibilities
⚙️ Franchise Model Design & Development
- Develop and enhance the franchise and partnership business model tailored for the home construction industry.
- Conduct financial feasibility studies including cost analysis, revenue projections, and return on investment (ROI).
- Create investor pitch decks, franchise operations manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
⚙️ Investor Recruitment & Franchise Sales
- Develop and execute strategies to recruit potential franchisees through both online and offline channels.
- Qualify and evaluate investor profiles to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Present business plans, negotiate terms, and support contract finalization with potential franchisees.
⚙️Franchise Operations & Systemization
- Design and improve workflows for franchise operations, including sales, customer service, and project management.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, legal, construction) to ensure standardized processes across all branches.
Franchise Support & Performance Monitoring
Act as the key point of contact between franchisees and the head office.
Provide ongoing consulting, support, and operational guidance to franchise branches.
Monitor performance, audit franchise operations, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
