To manage and handle HR and Admin process such as Time attendance, compensation & benefits, Visa & Work permit, and some part of admin job. Good service and support to HR team and our employee for company success goal.
Responsibilities
- Handle the employee’s Time attendance on a monthly basis and coordinate with payroll vendor.
- Manage benefits, including statutory social benefits and company supplementary benefits program (e.g. group insurance, annual health checks)
- Coordinate between Thai & Japanese about work & visa, passport
- Assist with HR tasks that are essential to smooth business operations.
