Present and provide technical consultation on medical laboratory equipment, such as auto-analyzers, chemistry analyzers, etc.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for medical personnel, such as medical technologists and laboratory staff
Maintain relationships with existing clients and actively develop new business opportunities in government hospitals, private hospitals, clinics, and laboratories
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned targets and business objectives
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning
Coordinate with after-sales service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deal closures
Participate in marketing and promotional activities such as medical conferences, exhibitions, and seminars
Prepare customer visit reports, sales summaries, and regular performance analysis

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medical Technology, Medical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, or related fields
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in medical laboratory equipment sales or hands-on laboratory equipment usage
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to understand technical aspects of laboratory equipment
Familiarity with procurement processes in both government and private hospital sectors
High level of responsibility, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
Willingness to travel frequently, including upcountry visits
Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
