• Coordinate with customer to receive requirement with improve and follow up the plan.
• Coordinate with customer and factory (oversea) to solve problem in techniques and quality for customer.
• Conduct for solving problem of techniques field and quality.
• Arrange and conduct weekly meeting with related parties both internal and customer.
• Summary and make the problem description/result for customer and factory same align improvement.
• Cooperate with internal company to improve quality issue and make preventive action.
• This job is emphasized on coordination and prompt response to each party, work in office.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science or related field.
• Have an experience in QA-QC-Engineering, customer support job functional 1-4 years.
• Have experience in electronics field is advantaged.
• Have Knowledge of EMS (SMT, Module) and component.
• Have Knowledge of QMS
• Good personality with good communication, presentation and service skills.
• Positive attitude, target-oriented, fast learner and willing to work hard under pressure.
• Good spoken and writing English & Japanese is better.
• Experience in HDD industry is preferred.
