
• Act as the primary contact for Japanese customers, handling inquiries related to production and shipping schedules.
• Communicate customer requirements to the production control, production, and relevant departments.
• Coordinate with the Export Control team to arrange shipments as per customer specifications.
• Monitor order allocation and shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Report shipment status and updates to customers.
• Ensure shipments align with monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders, shipments, and customer communications.
• Support any additional tasks related to sales coordination, logistics, and customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Business, or a related field (preferably with a focus on Japanese language studies).
• At least 28 years old.
• Experience in sales coordination, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher preferred).
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Email).
• Familiarity with SAP system is an advantage.
