What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information and Communication Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supporting network infrastructure, with proven experience in leading a network or security team
- Hands-on experience in configuring network elements such as VLANs, BGP, Layer 7 firewalls, including advanced network configuration and troubleshooting complex issues
- Familiarity with networking technologies such as VLAN, VXLAN, Spanning Tree, MPLS, Port Aggregation, CIDR, and routing protocols (Static, OSPF, BGP) is a strong advantage
- Experience with network monitoring and performance analysis tools such as PRTG, Cacti, and Zabbix
- Experience in virtualization and containerization technologies (e.g., VMware, VirtualBox, OpenStack) is a plus
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively, with strong communication and problem-solving skills when interacting with clients under stress
- Experience using ticketing systems to manage customer requests and track incident resolution
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and AWS is beneficial
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and development in networking, including learning from team experiences and additional training
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP are highly preferred
- Willingness to work in shifts and flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules
- Excellent communication skills, both within the team and with external stakeholders
