- Recruitment Planning: Develop and execute effective recruitment plan aligned with the organization's goals and workforce needs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Employ various sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates through job postings, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Screening and Selection: Conduct thorough screening of resumes, perform interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to select the most suitable candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Employer Branding: Develop and maintain the company's employer brand to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive experience
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, industry associations, and other relevant partners to expand the talent pool.
- Project Management
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in recruitment , with a focus on sourcing and selection across various levels and functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices, including sourcing techniques, interviewing methods, and employment legislation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to analyze recruitment data and propose improvements.
- Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
