- Set goals, plan strategies, and oversee operations within the debt collection department
- Coordinate and provide consultation on debt collection matters to executives and various company units
- Advise and guide subordinates to maximize their potential in their respective roles
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support departmental objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 10 years’ working experience in debt collection within insurance or financial sectors
- At least 3 years’ working experience in manager level
