1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. About 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of recruiting for a range of positions, including senior roles, preferably with branding expertise.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization.
4. Proven experience in employer branding, social media marketing, and candidate engagement.
5. Good skills in data analysis and presentation
6. Rich experience projects related to the new sourcing channel
7. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
8. Thai or Chinese or Chinese English language is a must
