เงินเดือน : ผู้จัดการ 55,000 - 70,000 บาท (ขึ้นกับประสบการณ์ทำงาน)

วัน-เวลาทำงาน : จันทร์ - ศุกร์ เวลา 8.00 – 17.00

หน้าที่และรายละเอียดงาน

ควบคุมดูแลผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้ปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัท
วางแผนและควบคุมระบบคุณภาพให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานสากล ได้แก่ระบบ ISO 9001, GMP/ HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, HALAL, Kosher, ISO 22301และมาตรฐานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ติดตามประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า ตอบแบบสอบถามลูกค้า และประสานงานการตรวจประเมินจากลูกค้า
ติดตามการตอบกลับข้อร้อนเรียนของลูกค้า ประสานงานแผนกต่าง ๆ เพื่อหาสาเหตุในการตอบกลับข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า
การจัดการและควบคุมเอกสารระบบคุณภาพ และติดตามการออก CAR การปิด CAR
การจัดการและควบคุมเอกสารในระบบคุณภาพ
จัดทำและดำเนินการ Audit ภายใน (Internal Audit) เพื่อประเมินความสอดคล้องของระบบเอกสารกับการปฏิบัติงานจริง
จัดฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาพนักงานในองค์กรให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจระบบคุณภาพในองค์กร

คุณสมบัติ

วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี - ปริญญาโท สาขาเคมี, วิศวกรรมเคมี, วิทยาศาสตร์อาหาร, เทคโนโลยีอาหาร หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์การดำเนินงานระบบคุณภาพไม่น้อยกว่า 8 ปี ขึ้นไป
สามารถอ่าน เขียน และสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
