We are looking for a motivated and service-minded Global Sales Officer to support our international sales operations. This role involves working closely with global customers, coordinating internal teams, and supporting the development of strong and lasting business relationships. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of contributing to global sales success through operational excellence and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Global Sales Manager in building and maintaining long-term relationships with key international clients.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and long-term agreement documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze customer needs and market trends to support sales strategies.
- Help resolve client issues and support conflict management to maintain positive client relationships.
- Participate in meetings with international clients and support communication throughout the sales process.
- Monitor competitor activity and report findings to the Sales Manager or team.
- Support in identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports on performance and customer activity.
- Travel domestically or internationally as required to support sales and client meetings.
