- Build and maintain effective relationships with government agencies, trade associations, and key external stakeholders.
- Represent the company in coordinating visits, meetings, public events, and CSR activities.
- Assist leadership in managing government relations projects and support regulatory communication.
- Draft, translate, and proofread formal correspondence, official letters, and meeting reports in Thai, Chinese, and English.
- Support internal and external meetings with interpretation and cross-cultural facilitation.
- Monitor government policy updates, public announcements, and regulatory changes relevant to the automotive and new energy industry.
- Coordinate with BOI, EEC, customs, environmental, labor and other agencies as assigned.
- Support the planning and execution of VIP visit programs, MoUs, and strategic partnerships.
- Perform administrative duties related to scheduling, document preparation, and logistical support for public affairs events.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Political Science, International Relations, Business Administration, Chinese, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in external affairs, government relations, or executive support
- Fluent in Thai, Chinese (Mandarin), and English – both spoken and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work closely with Thai government agencies and private stakeholders.
- Valid Thai driving license and ability to travel for off-site meetings or government visits.
- Strong sense of responsibility, effective communication skills, and ability to work under pressure while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet; skilled in document formatting.
- Professional and diplomatic demeanor with a positive attitude, energetic and team-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential matters discreetly.
- Proactive and capable of solving problems independently.

บีวายดี ออโต้ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 18 สิงหาคม 2565 ตั้งอยู่ที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมดับบลิวเอชเอ ระยอง 36 บนที่ดินกว่า 600 ไร่ ซึ่งเป็นโรงงานใหม่ที่ดำเนินการผลิตรถยนต์นั่งพลังงานไฟฟ้า มีกำลังการผลิตสูงสุด 150,000 คันต่อปี และนอกจากจะผลิตเพื่อจำหน่ายในประเทศไทยแล้ว โรงงานยังผลิตเพื่อส่งออกไปยังประเทศต่างๆ ในกลุ่มอาเชียนและยุโรปด้วย
