Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain monthly/quarterly territory sales plans and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Deliver compelling value propositions and support physician training to ensure rapid clinical adoption.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and hospital stakeholders.
• Support product complaint resolution and ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams to drive customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting; maintain hospital credentialing as required.
• Uphold a professional image and contribute to a collaborative, ethical, and high-performing culture.
