- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with marketing direction and objectives. Ensure all messaging cohesive, strategically aligned, and effectively conveys our core values.
- Works cross functionally with regional and global communications teams to drive clear narratives about products partnerships a vision for businesses.
- Lead external vendors and agencies, graphic designer to ensure that their work meets the strategy requirements, deadlines and budget.
- Cooperate with advertising and agency to understand product or marketing campaign objectives and advertising strategy with innovative strategy. Plan and find out the best form of media for products or marketing campaign.
- Control the timeline both internal and external to deliver the material and communication direction to other department.
- Understand the customer and marketing movement to catch up the point to adjust and create the communication tactic and campaign to claim/maintain product positioning in the market.
Offline media planning.
- Lead the development of media strategies that effectively engage diverse audiences.
- Priorities tactics that blend popularity with creativity, leveraging lifestyle influencers and creators to maximize impact.
- Scale messaging and communication toolkits across Thai audiences to ensure consistency and cultural relevance.
- Act as a key representative of the customer voice, highlighting product advantages and aligning them with market needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and aligned with overall marketing direction.
- Continuously analyze creative content and communication approaches across both direct and adjacent industries to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and uncover new opportunities.
- Use insights to adapt and refine communication strategies, ensuring they remain competitive and responsive to evolving market dynamics.
Advertising Budget Management.
- Plan marketing communication models and gather rate cards to establish standardised cost frameworks.
- Negotiate with vendors and manage activities within the approved budget.
- Verify data accuracy and ensure all supporting documents (e.g., invoices) are prepared and submitted in the system on time, with justifiable reasoning for expenses.
