หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

-Lead and manage the architectural design team, providing guidance, mentorship and support to ensure the successful completion of projects

-Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop and implement architectural designs that meet project requirements and objectives

-Oversee the preparation of design documents, including drawings, specifications and other technical documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations

-Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of projects

-Participate in the business development process, contributing to the identification and pursuit of new opportunities

-Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the architectural design team

คุณสมบัติ

-Degree in Architecture or a related field

-Minimum 8 years of experience as a practicing architect, with a proven track record of leading and delivering successful projects

-Excellent design and technical skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into innovative, practical and cost-effective solutions

-Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively

-Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

-Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations and industry best practices

-Proficiency in the use of architectural design software and tools
