Purpose of the Role:The Assistant Manager – Total Rewards & HRIS is responsible for managing, implementing, and continuously improving the company's compensation and benefits (C&B) programs and HR information systems (HRIS). This role ensures competitiveness, compliance, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives, while supporting strategic HR initiatives through data management and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Total Rewards:
- Assist in designing, implementing, and managing compensation structures, including salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay structure reviews.
- Administer employee benefits programs (healthcare, insurance, wellness, allowances, etc.) and recommend enhancements to improve employee engagement and cost-effectiveness.
- Support annual compensation processes (e.g., salary reviews, bonus/incentive payouts) in alignment with company policies and budget
- Ensure total rewards practices comply with labor laws and are aligned with industry best practices.
- Provide support for rewards-related communication and education to employees and managers.
HRIS Management:
- Maintain and update HR systems, including SAP and the country system, to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
- Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to manage system configurations, user access, and troubleshooting.
- Lead or support HR digitalization projects.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards for decision-making, including headcount, attrition, payroll analytics, and cost analysis.
