1. Issuing purchase orders for suppliers.
2. Issuing import LCs to suppliers through banks.
3. Advising amendment promptly.
4. Preparing payment documents for payment.
5. Preparing shipping documents for custom clearance.
6. Collecting data and preparing the daily coal stock reports.
7. Preparing weekly coal price index report.
8. Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned from direct supervisor.
1. Bachelor’s Degree in logistic or related field.
2. At least 1 years of experience in shipping, import or customs clearance.
3. Good command in English both reading and speaking skills
4. able to work under pressure
