Provide secretarial support. A key aspect of the position involves understanding the Director’s functions within an international school, especially in coordinating with Thai government bodies and managing all aspects of official correspondence. The role also demands a strong grasp of laws governing private international education, regulations for foreign teachers and foreign labour, and staff employment processes.

• Holds bachelor’s degree in education, English, Business, Administration
• Governmental Acumen: Strong grasp of government regulations and procedures, especially in educational policy or relevant public sector governance.
• Negotiation & PR: Proven expertise in negotiation and public relations, adept at building positive relationships.
• Data Management & Accuracy: Advanced skills in managing staff and student databases (for MOE reporting) with meticulous attention to data integrity and accuracy.
• Organizational & Planning: Highly effective organizational and planning skills, able to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all work.
