Admissions Officer-Chinese Speaking

Working Hours 7am - 4pm Mon-Fri and some weekends for events/roadshows
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit prospective students and conduct school tours
• Coordinate directly with parents and teaching staff on the information and documents required for application and enrolment
• Liaise with the Academic Team to book assessment dates and interview dates
• Record documents, details and outputs accurately into Online Open Apply system
• Provide assistance to prospective families for any enquiries
• Provide information and assistance to overseas students for applying for student visa and other necessary documents with HR Office
• Attend weekend roadshow where necessary
• Other assignments (school exhibition, and other school events)
