Job position : Senior Sales Engineer - Eastern
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
• Develop and grow pump sales in assigned Eastern region (e.g., Rayong, Chonburi, Chachoengsao).
• Identify potential clients in key industries: petrochemical, chemical, food & beverage, and wastewater.
• Generate quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Customer Engagement
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Build trusted partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
• Gather market intelligence and relay customer needs to the internal team.
Technical Support
• Provide technical consultation and assist in selecting the right pump for each application.
• Work closely with the Application Engineering and Service teams for pre- and post-sales support.
Account Management
• Manage key accounts, follow up on ongoing projects, and track sales performance.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and deliver timely sales reports.
Preferred Experience
• Familiarity with NETZSCH or equivalent high-performance pump brands.
• Experience working with EPCs or in project sales.
• Understanding of P&ID drawings and basic instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand existing customer base in assigned territories and industries (e.g. food, chemical, wastewater, biogas).
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategic plans to increase pump sales.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct regular customer visits and technical presentations.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback for continuous product and service improvement.
Technical Support
• Provide technical consultation and pump selection based on application requirements.
• Collaborate with application engineers and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate pump testing, commissioning support, and after-sales service follow-up.
Project & Account Management
• Manage key accounts and high-value customer portfolios.
• Monitor sales targets and prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts.
