• Perform other administrative tasks related to training and employee development as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of experience in administration or HR support is preferred.
• Good command of English, especially for written and verbal communication with Japanese supervisors.
• Strong searching skills and ability to use tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and online platforms for efficient work.
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic document management.
