This position is concerned with the overall operation and control of the Restaurant, in
compliance with established policies, procedures, and practices as stipulated in the Operating
Policy for this Outlet. Moreover, all operating policies and practices for the IMPACT and
Banquet Event.
Accountabilities:
1. To evaluate the performance of the restaurant personnel and implement a personal
development program within the department, to provide well-trained employees.
2. To be responsible for the overall operations of the Department's restaurant.
3. To regularly review the operation and menu format, and liaise with the Area Manager and
Executive Chef regarding special menus and daily specials.
4. For conferring daily with supervisory staff and management on any operational problems.
Conducting inspection tours of the operation to ensure proper cleanliness, manning, and
Maintenance for daily business.
5. To do monthly maintenance checks on all equipment, furniture, and fixtures, and report all
areas in need of attention to the appropriate department.
6. To effectively manage and control the costs and expenses associated with the department,
and to implement measures to minimize expenses wherever possible.
