- Female, holding a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in HR functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide consultation and maintain confidentiality

- Flexible and adaptable to changes in organizational needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites, especially Word/Docs and Excel/Sheets
