• การสนับสนุนระบบฐานข้อมูลขั้นพื้นฐาน
• การตรวจสอบระบบ (System Monitoring)

• 1st tier system support
• Prepare remote for 2nd-3rd tier
• Basic Network support
• Basic Windows Client support
• Basic Windows Server support

• แก้ไขปัญหาได้ในระดับเบื้องต้น
• เตรียมพร้อมให้ทีม remote ต่อได้ครอบคลุมกรณีที่เป็นไปได้ และติดตามงานจนจบ
• เข้าใจเรื่อง ip , NAT, vlan, router, AP, Swtih
• ติดตั้ง os , app และ แก้ไขปัญหาทั่วไปได้
• ติดตั้ง OS, RDP, share file
• ติดตั้ง os (RH, Debian), LVM, NFS, rsync
• ติดตั้ง PC, NB และอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง แก้ไขซ่อมแซมได้ระดับกลาง
• ติดตั้ง import/export data, backup/restore (Oracle, MSSQL, Tibero)
• เข้าใจในการ monitor เบื้องต้น OS status/log, FW, ADC, HCI

Key Expected Results:

• Able to resolve basic-level issues
• Prepared to support remote teams by covering all possible scenarios and ensuring follow-through until completion
• Understands IP, NAT, VLAN, routers, access points (AP), and switches
• Capable of installing operating systems (OS), applications, and handling general troubleshooting
• Able to install OS, set up RDP, and configure file sharing
• Proficient in installing OS (Red Hat, Debian), configuring LVM, NFS, and rsync
• Able to install and repair PCs, notebooks, and related devices at an intermediate level
• Capable of handling data import/export, backup, and restore for Oracle, MSSQL, and Tibero
• Understands basic system monitoring including OS status/logs, firewalls (FW), ADC, and HCI

• ปริญญาตรีในสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 0.5 - 1 ปีในบทบาทผู้ประสานงานโครงการซอฟต์แวร์
• มีทักษะด้านการจัดการที่ดีและใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
• สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นในสภาพแวดล้อมที่เน้นการทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี ทั้งการเขียนและการพูด
• มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถเดินทาง Onsite นนทบุรี ได้

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 0.5 - 1 year experience in coordinator in software project.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of software development processes is a plus.
• Able to travel onsite in Nonthaburi areas.
