Business Reception :- Professionally welcome and receive business clients, partners, and visitors of the company
- Coordinate and prepare meeting rooms, beverages, documents, name tags, and corporate souvenirs for guest reception
- Provide support and facilitation during client visits, tours, and business meetings
- Ensure a positive and professional image of the company through effective reception and hospitality services
General Manager Secretary :
- Manage the General Manager’s schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentation materials, and relevant documents as required
- Act as a liaison between the GM and internal/external parties, ensuring effective communication
- Organize and maintain confidential executive files and administrative records
- Draft emails, business letters, and official documents on behalf of the General Manager
- Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on assigned tasks or deadlines
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
