หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Plan and operate general administrative and support work for all units within the factory, such as housekeeping, security guards, purchasing office supplies, drinking water, uniforms
Manage the system and manage facilities within the factory, such as meeting rooms, cafeterias, parking lots, basic building maintenance
Coordinate the procurement and maintenance of company vehicles, such as employee shuttle buses, internal vehicles, check usage and coordinate with contractors
Process general supplies within the factory and control the administrative budget (GA Budget) efficiently
Manage environmental systems and activities (EHS), including preparing data for assessment, such as ISO14001,
Manage official documents, such as foreign workers' notification of employment (if any), coordinate with industrial estates or government agencies
Support corporate activities, such as CSR, employee relations activities (Sports Day, company trip), New Year's party
Participate as a core team in preparing the location and work system for a new factory in the initial phase

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Political Science, Industry or related fields.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in General Affairs / Facility / Safety in factory work

• Basic knowledge of ISO, 5S, Safety and building maintenance

• Able to plan work systematically and control costs well

• Skilled in coordinating with multiple parties both inside and outside the organization

• Good at using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience in setting up a new factory or managing building systems will be given special consideration.
