• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Political Science, Industrial Psychology, or other related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR work in a factory, especially in recruitment, labor relations or training.
• Understand the entire HRM/HRD system and be able to coordinate well with all levels of the organization.
• Have experience using payroll programs.
• Understanding labor law, ISO system, or BOI will be given additional consideration.
• Have good communication skills and can work under pressure.
