
Job Summary: Responsible for all aspects of sales activities for specified customers of Thailand.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Support DST growth strategies
• Present pricing proposals to senior management for approval
• Prepare cost, price and profitability walks as required
• Responsible for tooling and other cost recoveries in a timely manner
• Support plant profitability objectives
• Support new program launches profitability at or better than approval
• Ensure new program and change control quotes are submitted in a timely manner
• Negotiate and settle all commercial issues (pricing, contract, terms) with customers
• Manage customer cost reduction expectations and initiatives
• Coordinate with cross function team to resolve customer's issue and complaints
• Ensure robust record retention for all commercial records
• Ensure alignment with DST Finance on pricing accruals
• Maintain volume and pricing forecast
• Develop, support, and maintain DST’s Quality System ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 requirement
• Others assignment from Sales and Marketing Manager
Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering.
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Sales or Account Management preferably in Manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge in financial matrix, preference for OEM automotive part and manufacturing process
• Good in analytical, strategic thinking, decision making and self-motivated
• Good in presentation and negotiation skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good in customer relationship management and leadership skills
• Good command of English both spoken and written
