Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead our service team in delivering exceptional maintenance, repair, and calibration services for NDT equipment. • Training and Development: Organize regular training for the service team and customers on NDT equipment usage and maintenance.
• Technical Expertise: Provide guidance on complex technical issues and support the team in resolving challenging problems.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate service records and generate performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for service-driven business development.
