• Manage the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with the business development team to gather and analyze project requirements.
• Create comprehensive software requirements specification documents based on business and client inputs.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones using agile methodologies.
• Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly (Work directly with the CEO to align project goals with the company’s strategic vision)
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations as needed.
• Ensure quality assurance through the creation of testing flows for manual testing processes.
• Conduct post-project reviews and create reports detailing lessons learned and recommendations for future projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
