Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or related field.
3+ years of experience in organizational development, training, or HR business partnering roles.
Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese speaker; excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Experience working in a multicultural or cross-border environment is preferred.
High emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and people-first mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a multinational company, especially with Chinese business culture.
Knowledge of tools such as Gallup Strengths, DISC, or other culture/behavioral assessments.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning platforms (LMS, e-learning tools, etc.).
