Debt Recovery (Team Lead)

• Manage debt recovery after NPL including write-off to ensure the timely and effective recovery action
• Drive outsources for achieving debt recovery targets and improving performance
• Ensure all outsources follow proper collection practices, compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Address customer complaints or dispute regarding overdue accounts while maintain a positive relationship
• Collaborate with team to initiate action for process improvement to enhance recovery efficiency
• Prepare timely and accurate regular recovery performance to upper level
• Provide information and recommendations for improving debt recovery outcomes

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law or related field (Finance, Banking, MBA)
• At least 5 years in debt recovery after NPL and litigation process in finance or hire purchase
• Experience in motorcycle or big bike collection/recovery 
• Holding Thai lawyer license is a plus
• Having experiences in team management
• Negotiation, solving problems effectively 
• Able to work well under pressure
• Computer literature in Microsoft Office
