- Prepare and review procedure (QP), work instruction (WI), supporting documentations (SD) and form (FM) in accordance with the calibration standard and requirement.
- Training and control QC Staff to follow QP, WI, SD and FM of lab test & calibration.
- Control and report of VESLIC test, UV test, climatic test, vibration test, hinge test, etc.
- Verify testing results and products in each process before delivery to customers in accordance with product specification.
- Analyzing inspection or test result and suggest for improvement.
- Report to QC Project Coordinator on any non-conformance or test result failed.
- Prepare equipment gauge and jig-fixture master plan.
- Prepare yearly calibration plan and follow up.
- Verify calibration result in each process accordance with master plan.
- At least 2 years experience in laboratory / testing / calibration in manufacturing.
- Have an knowledge or certification of ISO 17025 / quality assurance.
- Strong team leadership and performance oriented.
- Good command in English
- Able working on every other Saturday.
