Quality Control:
- Manage QC team’s daily operation to fulfill internal & external customer inspection and testing requirements.
- Review and approve incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Establish sampling protocols and specifications for raw materials and finished goods.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams on new product development from a quality perspective.
- Liaise with relevant parties during inspections or third-party audits.
- Handle customer complaints by investigating root causes and implementing corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Laboratory Testing & Calibration:
- Control and report of VESLIC test, UV test, climatic test, vibration test, hinge test, etc.
- Ensure all laboratory instruments and testing equipment are calibrated, maintained, and operated according to manufacturer and regulatory standards.
- Oversee preparation and validation of test methods and calibration procedures.
- Monitor test results, investigate out-of-specification results, and ensure proper documentation and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation and records.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
- Analyze quality data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Train, mentor, and develop QC staff and team.
- Set departmental goals and KPIs and monitor performance.
- Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
