Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Experience
Develop and implement holistic marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning, customer expectations, and business objectives.
Ensure a consistent and impactful brand experience across digital, retail, and experiential touchpoints.
Strengthen Prima’s position in the premium/luxury jewelry market.
2. CRM & Customer Engagement
Lead the design of CRM initiatives to drive loyalty, retention, and long-term customer value.
Develop member benefits, gifting programs, and milestone campaigns aligned with the brand experience.
Leverage data and insights to build personalized marketing journeys.
3. Campaigns & Strategic Partnerships
Plan and manage 360° campaigns supporting key launches, promotions, and brand storytelling.
Lead collaborations with department stores, credit card providers, and luxury lifestyle partners.
Monitor and adjust campaign strategies based on performance and feedback.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with the product team to align marketing messages with product features and stories.
Coordinate with sales team to ensure in-store activities align with marketing efforts.
Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and seamless execution.
5. Supervision of Marketing Communication
Guide the Marketing Communication team to ensure all outputs align with strategic goals and the desired brand experience.
Provide direction and feedback through regular meetings and reviews.
Ensure consistency in tone, visual identity, and storytelling across platforms, without needing to manage day-to-day execution.
