หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1.Supplier Sourcing and Development:

-Identify new manufacturers and suppliers that can provide new technologies or materials to meet the needs of new product models.

-Assess the capabilities and efficiency of existing suppliers.

2.Negotiation:

-Negotiate procurement to achieve the best price and delivery terms.

-Work with the finance team to mitigate procurement risks.

3.Risk Management:

-Analyze risks in material or service procurement and develop risk management strategies.

4.Market Analysis:

-Study market trends for materials and related technologies to apply them in new product development.

-Monitor competitors' movements in the industry.

5.Technical Support:

-Provide technical advice on selecting suitable materials or production processes.

-Collaborate with the research and development team to drive innovation.

6.Supplier Evaluation and Management:

-Manage and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards.

-Review and handle procurement-related complaints.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor's degree in engineering field or related field.

Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Engineering expertise: Understanding of materials, components, and manufacturing processes relevant to the industry.

Familiarity with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance in procurement.

Understand products and related technologies, including materials and manufacturing processes.

Ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with suppliers.

Capable of analyzing data and making informed decisions based on data-driven insights.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills in both Thai, English and Chinese to collaborate effectively with international teams.

Ability to assess and manage potential risks in material sourcing.

Work effectively with different teams and contribute to the success of new product development.
