

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and control the production of premium French pastries such as authentic French croissants, brioche, pain au chocolat, and other viennoiseries.
• Maintain the taste, appearance, and quality standards of the pastries with elegance and consistency.
• Supervise the lamination, proofing, and baking processes to achieve perfectly layered, buttery, and crisp croissants.
• Lead and train the pastry team to understand and apply French baking techniques and standards.
• Develop new classic and creative menu items based on seasonal ingredients and the concept of the shop.
• Ensure strict hygiene, cleanliness, and proper use of kitchen tools and ingredients.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
