We’re looking for a hands-on HR professional who’s passionate about building a team that works with trust, clarity, and ownership — without waiting for the boss to make every decision.
You’ll play a key role in building a real, working HR system for a growing SME that’s preparing for IPO in the coming years.

What You’ll Do
Build practical HR systems: Onboarding, KPI, and Performance Review
Help the leadership team communicate clearly using Weekly Syncs, Escalation Maps, and Feedback routines
Run Employee Surveys, Exit Interviews, and share insights directly with the CEO
Facilitate workshops and coaching to strengthen team mindset and accountability
🧠 What We’re Looking For
Experience in HR at SMEs or Start-ups (30–200 people)
Able to design HR systems from scratch (not just apply HQ templates)
Has worked closely with CEOs or senior leadership
Comfortable facilitating honest conversations and building team trust

มีประสบการณ์ทำงานใกล้ชิด CEO / ผู้บริหาร
