Marketing & Sales Support:- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support their efforts in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Preparation of proposals to customers, including price quotation (if salesman not available), brochures, and/or drawings.
- Generate sales leads in C4C through tele-marketing, web responses and activities, campaigns and promotions. Assisting in the continuous evolution of full market potential.
- Initiate and gather materials, pictures, information, stories, testimonials to collaborate with marketing and communications team for social media posting.
- Order and start-up and commissioning processing and monitoring.
- Secure adequate data of customers' requirement for proposal preparation.
- Coordinate orders and other local requirements of the branches/distributors if needed.
- Organize / Exhibition / Event such as demo tour, product demo, customer event, external meeting, external training.
- Internal team support such as employee gathering (local and regional), internal meeting.
Administrative Functions:
- Support sales team in preparation of documents related to tenders, projects, submittals, offers and proposals.
- Order catalogues / information from factory for respective internal customers.
- Filing documents, customer plant drawings, special projects, and order forms.
- Prepare presentation material for meetings if needed.
- Assisting Local and Regional Team in Ticket & hotel arrangement, Visa arrangement, New equipment tools for new employee (local).
- Assisting for work order request, including pre-delivery inspection and commissioning (local)
- Additional responsibilities will be assigned as and when required by the management and clients etc.
Vendor Management:
- Vendor sourcing coordinate with local purchasing division.
- Handling ad-hoc admin tasks as required including PR/PO creation, stationery (i.e.name card, reimbursement etc.).
- Timely update related commercial data/record.
- Local PO (external) such as mobile phone, laptop, office items, event merchandise.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, including logistics, inventory management, and billing, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
Customer Handling Management:
- Handle customer complaints, concerns, and requests for product information, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Managing customer relationships by addressing needs, requirements and feedback through NPS survey.
- Handle incoming customers' calls/inquiries and correspondences/faxes and distribute to respective sales personnel.
- Actively supporting sales team on day-to-day activities, needed to deliver exceptional service experiences.
- Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and identify areas for efficiency and effectiveness enhancements.
