หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ• Oversee and manage the salary, wage, benefits, and bonus system in accordance with company policies and labor laws
• Ensure accurate payroll processing, calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions
• Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits structures aligned with company objectives and market trends
• Prepare, manage, and maintain employment contracts in compliance with legal and internal requirements
• Manage and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring up-to-date and accurate employee data
• Generate reports and provide insights and recommendations to management regarding compensation planning
• Act as the primary contact for Social Compliance Audits and coordinate the preparation of all required documentation
• Liaise with external auditors, government agencies, and internal departments to ensure compliance
• Lead and supervise the C&B team, including coaching, performance monitoring, and process improvement
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help align the compensation strategy with business goals
คุณสมบัติ• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in C&B, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Hands-on experience in Social Compliance Audits
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and social security regulations related to compensation
• Experience in handling employment contracts and legal documentation related to HR
• Proficient in using and managing HRIS systems
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team
• High sense of responsibility and ability to perform under pressure
• Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to interpret data
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software systems (Power Vision)
