Prepare, update, and distribute quotations, including responding to rate requests from the internal network.
Enhance the productivity of Sales Representatives by coordinating customer appointments and ensuring they have access to high-quality, current support materials.
Manage urgent communications, including calls and emails, and address inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive initial experience.
Keep customers informed about important changes, such as rate adjustments, scheduling updates, and new shipping methods.
Assist in addressing and resolving customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfactory outcomes.

2-3 years’ experience in Sales support or Sales operations role
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
Proficient in both verbal and written communication in English
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
Equipped with current knowledge of shipping industry trends and regulations
Eligible for quarterly incentive without individual assigned target
