I- Basic Function/General Scope of WorkAssists and supports in one or more aspects of the implementation and coordination of HR policies and practices such as employee relations, recruitment and selection, training & development, administration, etc.
II- Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with HR staffs to implement and achieve their main core tasks and responsibilities in each functions such as employee relations, recruitment and selection, training & development, administration, etc. so as to ensure every task assigned is align with the departmental goals.
2. Handle and resolve legal issues and works closely with relevant line managers in preparing all documents prior to meeting with the Labour Office or 3rd Party Auditor when there are complaints, labour cases or something to declare with about the employment issues and queries.
3. Keep the company up to date with the new labour laws or policies of procedures, social security news, updated insurances’ schemes, etc.
4. Verify monthly direct line with the data/reports as provided by HR staff and timely send to the HR Manager.
5. Plan and complete every direct and indirect recruit as annual planned headcount or as replacement within a proper timeframe.
6. Interview initially with selected candidates, negotiate with and propose Assistant HR Manager/HR Manager in order to finalize each employments.
7. Coordinate with candidate for preparation to start working and internal liaise with related department for executing NEO orientation, on-the-job training, and other required training.
8. Complete all ad hoc HR and/or administrative assignments as assigned by the HR Manager/Assistant HR Manager within the due given.
9. The position is accountable for implementing assigned responsibilities and activities to attain ISO goals and objectives.
10. The position is accountable for strictly complying with Guardforce’s Code of Ethics.
11. The position is accountable for implementing assigned responsibilities and activities to attain EH&S goals and objectives and complying with EH&S policies, applicable rules, procedures, and regulations.
