1. Plan, control, and manage the company's quality control system in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 , other relevant standards, and customer requirements.
2. Develop quality policies, objectives, and strategies to ensure product quality meets specifications and customer expectations.
3. Develop and improve quality control processes throughout the production cycle, from raw material receiving to production, inspection, and product delivery, with a focus on Automotive Parts, and Industrial Products.
4. Manage the QC team, including task assignment, training, performance evaluation, and team development.
5. Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize defects, reduce costs, and improve production efficiency.
6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Customers, to resolve quality problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Control and monitor including evaluate quality performance, prepare reports, and present to management.
8. Maintain and calibrate measuring instruments and inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
9. Manage quality documentation, such as WI, SOP, Control Plan, FMEA, and PPAP (especially for Automotive Parts)
10. Utilize statistical tools for data analysis and quality improvement.
11. Possess knowledge and experience in lathe manufacturing processes, and assembly in automotive part.
