- Male/Female (Men must have either undergone military conscription or been exempted.)
- 30 years up.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR with at least 3 years in leading HR transformation or change management projects.
- Strong experience in strategic planning, HR systems implementation, or organization development.
- Minimum TOEIC score of 550 is required
- Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PMP, PROSCI) are preferred.
