- 27 years up.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in in strategic HR or transformation roles or change management projects.
- Strong experience in strategic planning, HR systems implementation, or organization development.
- Proven track record in managing HR transformation, change programs, or digital HR initiatives.
- Minimum TOEIC score of 550 is required
- Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PMP, PROSCI) are preferred.
