🧭 Job Summary: Commercial/Sales Director
1. Strategic Sales Leadership
- Lead and manage all commercial teams: Retail Sales, Rental Fleet Sales, Wholesale (Dealers)
- Set and drive sales targets, pricing strategies, and market penetration plans.
2. Rental & Technical Operations
- Oversee the Rental Fleet team, including sales executives, and technical support engineering teams
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales and service functions.
3. Commercial Enablement
- Collaborate with the Purchasing & Import team to align supply chain and cost efficiency with sales goals.
- Develop commercial policies, incentive programs, and performance metrics.
4. Customer & Market Development
- Enhance customer experience through effective CRM practices.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify key account growth opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
5. Team Leadership & Culture
- Inspire, coach, and develop team members across functions.
- Promote a performance-driven and customer-focused culture.
