Responsibilities
1. Plan and implement recruitment strategies in alignment with the organization’s staffing needs.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
3. Oversee the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
4. Develop both short-term and long-term workforce plans, including coordination with government agencies.
5. Provide guidance on recruitment practices and staff development initiatives.
6. Coordinate and follow up on repair requests, travel bookings, and expense reimbursements.
7. Manage office supply inventory and coordinate delivery processes with the procurement team.
8. Design and implement employee orientation programs.
9. Communicate company policies and procedures clearly and consistently to all employees.
10. Act as a liaison between management and staff, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of workplace relationship issues.
Working Conditions
- Working hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
- Days off: 6 days/month + 13 public holidays/year
- Flexible working hours
- Alternating Saturdays off
