We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in transforming product vision and strategic goals into actionable tasks that guide our development process. Key Responsibilities:
- Translate Product Vision & Goals: Interpret product vision, goals, and user stories into actionable and clear tasks within each Sprint.
- Create and Maintain Documentation: Draft and maintain comprehensive documentation including User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and other relevant artifacts.
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead sessions such as Backlog Refinement and Sprint Planning to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
- Support Presentation of Outcomes: Assist in conducting Sprint Reviews and presenting completed deliverables.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Developers and QA to ensure all requirements are clearly understood and implemented accordingly (coordinate with the Product Manager).
- Monitor and Report Progress: Track Sprint progress and report outcomes (coordinate with the Product Manager).
- Risk and Dependency Management: Identify and manage dependencies and potential risks based on the delivery timeline (coordinate with the Product Manager).
- Bridge Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Product Owner and the development team to ensure smooth and transparent collaboration.
