The IT & Facility Support Officer provides technical and operational support for smooth IT operations and workplace functionality, including user assistance, cloud account management, and vendor coordination for IT and office maintenance.
IT Support and Troubleshooting
- Manage user accounts and permissions on platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack.
- Install, configure, and set up IT equipment (e.g., desktops, laptops, peripherals) for both new and existing users.
- Provide timely support for hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on IT devices to improve performance, extend lifespan, and reduce replacement costs
IT Asset and Vendor Management
- Maintain up-to-date IT inventory records and oversee IT equipment assignment and return processes.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for troubleshooting, procurement, and repair.
CCTV and Office System Oversight
- Monitor the functionality of CCTV and office security systems, and coordinate repairs or system checks as needed.
- Support data retrieval or access permission requests from management.
Basic Facility Coordination
- Coordinate with technicians and housekeeping to ensure quality and timely task execution.
- Monitor facility issues and escalate to relevant teams or vendors as needed.
- Liaise with building management for efficient issue resolution.
