- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Coordinate with the Corporate Communication & Branding Team to build up employer branding.
- Implement onboarding strategies.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement programs.
- Mediate and resolve employee disputes and disciplinary issues.
- Ensure legal compliance and mitigate HR-related risks.
Compensation & Benefits
- Assist in developing competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Monitor internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Liaise with vendors or brokers for benefits and perks.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
- Manage HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Generate regular HR reports and analytics for decision-making.
